Basic Venue Rental
This package includes the entire venue from 11am to 11pm and is good for one day, Sun-Thurs. It does not include an overnight in the house but does include tables and chairs for up to 100 people. You will receive access to the venue during the week of your wedding for a one hour wedding rehearsal and access to the venue for bridal portraits. $1000

Weekend Venue Rental
This package includes the entire venue for two days and includes two nights stay in our luxurious 5 bedroom 4 1/2 bath house. The house features a spacious bridal/honeymoon suite with a living room, full kitchen and private entrance. With this package you also receive tables and chairs for up to 200 people. You will receive access to the venue during the week of your wedding for a one hour wedding rehearsal and access to the venue for bridal portraits. $5000
